Isabella Fierro has been selected as a nominee to the Broadcom Masters national middle school science competition!
Only 10% of science fair projects nationwide are selected for this opportunity. If selected as a finalist, Isabella will gather in San Jose CA for a week competition in hands-on science and engineering challenges. Good luck, Isabella!

The Power of the Pen tournament was held at Mount Union University and two of St. Paul's students will be moving on in the individual competition.

St. Paul Girls Reign Superior at State Science Day at Ohio State University on Saturday May17th, 2015.

  • Caitlyn Kimbell earned a Superior with her project on neutralizing antacids. 
  • Isabella Fierro earned a Superior with her project on insulating sound.
  • Jenna Nist earned an Excellent with her project on bandage adhesive.

Less than 10% of all students who complete a project reach the state level competiton and comprise of the 10% of students in the state. Congratulations again to our young female scientists!
