We are pleased to partner with Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health & schools around the county to encourage discussion about mental health. This year the Mental Health Champions for Mental Health Week activities selected from CCHS are seniors, Gabriel Grisez and Madison Heiser.
Earlier today, Gabe & Madi had the opportunity to join students from Massillon, Sandy Valley, and McKinley on a Mental Health Matters panel discussion recorded live for TV and video use.
We were impressed with all of the students on the panel, their openness, and their willingness to encourage others to talk about and find ways to manage their mental health.
The panel discussion will appear on Canton City Schools TV Channel 1022 and will be shared on our website news and social media outlets during Mental Health Awareness Week, May 6-10th.
