Earlier this week, the Crusader Girls' Basketball Team defeated Southeast. A slow start had the ladies down by double digits early. However, a furious second-half comeback resulted in a 52-47 victory.
It was a great team effort. Grace Finefrock had a career night in points (18), assists (6), and blocked shots (3). Lily Belden joined her in double figures with 14. Alicia Varacky attacked the glass and led the team with 9 rebounds. Josey Stevens came up with three huge steals. The rest of the team contributed in multiple ways.
