Our speech & debate team is hard at work. The team began practices in September and tournament competition started just a few weeks ago. They are a hard working group but that work pays off. The team has had more than 100 state qualifiers and over 50 national qualifiers in the team's history.
This year's team is no exception to the Tradition of Excellence. They are off to a strong start. Congratulations to, seniors, Tim Short & Morgan Knight. Both of them took 1st place in their Student Congressional Debate chambers recently. Good luck to them and the rest of the team who are competing again today.
