Crusader Cross Country recently wrapped up summer training. CX summer training included plenty of activities. Runners enjoyed the team’s annual overnight camp trip at Camp Tuscazoar, featuring a night glow run and the Crusader Pentathlon. They hosted their annual Alumni Cross Country Alumni Race. Last weekend, the team had a canoe run at the Towpath and Tuscarawas River. On top of all that team excitement, they managed to get workouts in every day! It was a busy summer!
Their first meet is Saturday, August 27th at Claymont. We know that they are ready and they'll have another successful season! Good luck, Crusaders!
