St. Michael Catholic School works to keep tuition as low as possible, through fundraising efforts, and grant and scholarship programs, while still providing students access to outstanding academic, athletic, spiritual, and extra-curricular programs. St. Michael's tuition price is one of the lowest in the state of Ohio.

Actual cost to educate a student per year: $7,050

Tuition cost for non-Catholic parishioners: $6,950

Tuition costs for Catholic parishioners: $6,255

Families have a variety of options for paying tuition:

1. Make one payment before school begins

2. Select a payment plan: 2 payments, semi-annually, 10 monthly payments, 12 monthly payments.

Scholarship & Grant Opportunities

Ohio EdChoice and EdChoice Expansion Scholarship

Tuition vouchers are provided by the State to qualifying families in order to attend a private or parochial school of their choice. Your family may qualify for the EdChoice or Expansion Scholarship if they meet income requirements or attend a public school identified as under performing by the Ohio Dept. of Education.

Parish Support

Our students benefit from individual parish tuition foundations and grants.

The Helman Scholarship Endowment, the Ginger Griesen Scholarship Fund,

the Conrad Scholarship, and the School Advisory Scholarship Fund

These scholarships are available to assist students who want to attend St. Michael School.

Youngstown Diocesan Catholic School Fund

The Mary Ellen Cushwa Wolsonovich Scholarship provides Stark County funding for tuition assistance.
